- Add a line item to the borough budget to help support our dedicated volunteer fire company
- To add a tab on the borough website which would have all the retail businesses listed
- To implement a system which each committee will be responsible for monitoring the expenses for their department to insure they are within the borough budget. If over budget, the department heads are to be held accountable and the necessary steps taken to stay within budget
- Add an additional tab on the borough website to assist businesses in locating to Bellevue
- Add a community calendar to the borough website and offer to post community and borough activities
- A suggestion box for employees to suggest ways to improve processes and money.
- Start a reserve for capital improvements such as MS4 ( Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System), East Bellevue Station and West Bellevue Station to be dedicated to these projects. These will be very expensive projects. The borough can’t count on grants to fund these projects. Look what happened with West Riverview Avenue. It was closed for 4 years. Plus, some employees were getting 10% plus raises while the street was closed.
