FAQs

Why vote for me?

I have worked hard for our borough. From renovating blighted properties, converting multi-family homes to single family homes to encourage families to Bellevue and to argue for more money for our infrastructure such as paving our roads.

I was the only council person to stick their neck out and went to code enforcement and the solicitor to enforce our ordinances for a complex containing 46 units which would be converted to house 161 potentially problem tenants. The first 10 converted units were causing problems for the nearby neighbors and there were plans for the remaining 36 units to be converted in the future. What would have happened if all 46 units were converted to 161 living spaces by this new landlord?

You don’t need a new voice on council.  You need an experienced voice on council.  One who is willing to speak out for the taxpayer.

Please look at my other pages to read some of what else I have done for Bellevue.

I have been asked who has contributed to my campaign. I have received no funding from anyone, therefore, I have no obligation to vote for anyone or anything. There is a NoBo PAC which is chaired by our mayor. My opponent has received funding from that PAC. The mayor reduced the paving budget which I had to fight to get back.  In addition, with repeated requests the mayor has not provided council with the 2018  financial report for Wizard Vue which cost the taxpayer $10,000 which was not an approved expenditure. At the May pre-council meeting, council directed the solicitor to obtain the report.  The 2019 Wizard Vue plan has not been received which was required by council.
